1. Overview

Welcome to QUINBRA™. These Terms of Service govern your use of our online store and purchases made through our website. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and applicable laws.

QUINBRA™ is operated by Omar Bravo La O as an individual seller and is hosted by Shopify.

2. Products and Made-to-Order Production

We sell apparel and related products. Products are made to order and produced and fulfilled through Printful, our third-party fulfillment provider.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, and prices accurately. Actual colors may vary depending on screen settings, and product availability may change.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an order cannot be fulfilled, or if a material error affects the order, we will contact you and address the issue in accordance with applicable law.

Prices and applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout. Taxes and other charges, where applicable, will be presented or handled as required by law.

4. Production and Shipping

Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Processing and shipping times vary by product, destination, carrier, and fulfillment location.
