Are QUINBRA products made to order?

Yes. Our apparel is produced on demand through our fulfillment partner, which means we do not need to hold large quantities of finished stock.

How long does production take?

Production normally takes approximately 2–5 business days before shipment. Shipping time is additional.

How long does shipping take?

For many Canadian T-shirt orders, delivery is approximately 4–5 business days after fulfillment. International delivery varies by destination and shipping method. Your checkout estimate is the best estimate for your order.

Where do you ship?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately. Because production may begin quickly, we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation will be possible after production starts.

Can I return an item because I changed my mind?

Because products are made to order, change-of-mind returns and size exchanges are generally not accepted, except where required by applicable law. See our Return & Refund Policy.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date for a package that did not arrive), with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution under our policy and applicable law.

How do I choose my size?

Use the measurements shown on the product page and compare them with a garment you already own. When in doubt, choose based on measurements rather than your usual label.

Will colours look exactly like they do on my screen?

We make every effort to represent colours accurately, but screen settings and lighting can create small differences.
